Mission Statement
Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive approach to establishing behavioral supports and social culture. It is needed for all students in a school to achieve social, emotional, and academic success.
The PBIS team at Lisbon works to promote student achievement and responsibility by providing a respectful, responsible, safe, and caring environment where students are a part of a family with teachers and staff serving as positive role models. The PBIS process will continue to be refined over time to best fit the needs of our staff and students.
